Green Garden Landscaping is committed to providing a range of payment options to our customers. After careful consideration and extensive research, GGL will be making a change involving payments using credit/debit cards. Effective September 15, 2022. All credit card transactions will be charged a convenience fee of 4.00%. ACH Check information can be submitted via online with our secure online platform. Payment methods free of charge include Echeck direct Deposit.

We are complete Auto Pay credit/debit/ECheck billing. This will make your billing much easier. Your card/Echeck will be charged after the service is completed. You will then receive a receipt listing services performed via email.

Example: if your home was serviced for irrigation repair on Tuesday, we will charge the card by Wednesday in the morning.


 

Service contracts are charge at the beginning of every month or in the 15th.

All invoices will be created by the end of the month, the 15th or after the one time service is completed.

All other services, including landscaping, lawn pest control, sod installation or mulch installation and other one-time services will be charged to your debit/credit card the following business day after the service is completed.


All services estimated for more than $1,000 are subject to the following special considerations:

A down payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimate amount must be paid before work begins.

Upon approval of the landscape or hardscape installation estimate, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required.

This deposit serves to secure your booking and initiate the necessary preparations for your project.

Additionally, upon commencement of the job, the remaining 30% of the total estimate will be charged.

This payment structure ensures a smooth progression of the project, allowing us to efficiently allocate resources and deliver high-quality results.

Final payment and all change orders are due upon substantial completion of project, and the account will be considered past due after 15 days.

 

All past due accounts will be subject to an immediate late charge of eighteen percent (18%) of the outstanding balance, or twenty five dollars ($25), whichever is greater.

All cost incurred in the collection of past due balances, finance charges associated to the above, and any legal fees resulting from the above collections are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Declined Cards
In the event that a card is declined, we will try the card again the following day. If the card does not go through a second time, the next service will be put on hold until we are able to reach the client. Those responds quickly with another card, we will promptly put them back on the schedule.

 

Account and Contract

By entering into this Estimate/Proposal, you are opening an account with Green Garden Landscaping, LLC, and hereby agree to all Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

 

Owner of Property of Work Location 

Green Garden Landscaping, LLC may require that all legal owners of the work location property enter into and sign the terms and conditions of this estimate and proposal.

 

Interest on Past Due Accounts

All account or invoice balances are due within 15 days of receipt. If Green Garden Landscaping, LLC does not receive notice from you within 15 days from receipt of the account balance or invoice, Green Garden Landscaping, LLC assumes and you agree that the charges shown are fair and correct. If payment is not received within 15 days from receipt of the account balance or invoice, then a late interest fee of 18% will be incurred and will continue every month thereafter, per annum, until payment is made and the account balance is paid in full.

 

Collection Action and Attorney Fees and Costs

If Green Garden Landscaping, LLC is required to pursue any collection efforts to collect any past due account balances or unpaid invoices, Green Garden Landscaping, LLC shall be entitled to collect from the client all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by Green Garden Landscaping, LLC in its efforts to collect any unpaid and past due balances. 

 

Security

“What about my credit card security?” you might ask. Do not worry; we have spent a vast amount of time and resources ensuring that our system is in compliance with the PCI Security Council Standards. This is the same standard that companies like PayPal and Amazon are held to. Once you set up your account with a credit card we can only see the last four digits of your number, and that will only be viewed by authorized personnel.

 

Satisfaction Guaranteed
All Green Garden Landscaping clients are guaranteed satisfaction with their lawn care service. If you ever feel that your lawn service is not satisfactory, please contact us at
info@ggl-nc.com or speak with a Green Garden Landscaping technicians at 919-478-1852 by 5:00 pm the day of your mowing and we will come back and fix the problem at no additional charge the following day. Complaints made after 5pm will be taken care of on the following visit.

 

Cancellations
Maintenance Services- You may skip a service providing a 1 week notice before the service date.

Service cancellation requests should be submitted with a (2) weeks notice.

Please understand though, that if you do not cancel your service, we will return to your house from week to week throughout the season and from season to season until you cancel and services will be charged to your debit/credit card.  This includes the Winter months. 


All services that had been approved by the client will be charge $25.00 if the crew arrives at the agreed location and the service was already completed by the customer or third party.


Customers who wish to cancel their accounts must submit their request at info@ggl-nc.com or speak with a Green Garden Landscaping representative at 919-478-1852. 

Customers may request to suspend their maintenance service during the winter months. Normal billing resumes after the suspension period.


To request a winter hold and temporarily suspend your maintenance service, submit a written request at info@ggl-nc.com or speak with a Green Garden Landscaping representative at 919-478-1852. Requests must be submitted with a (1) one week notice and the account must be in good standing.

to resume maintenance service the customer must submit an email or contact a Green Garden Landscaping representative at 919-478-1852.

A new schedule will be set up for the new season.

 

Rain/Weather/Temperatures/Other conditions

Schedules are subject to change at any time. Biweekly services are provided between 13-15 days from the first service provided. Due to the nature of our business there is no set time for your service. We try our best to provide service on your regular scheduled day but there is not an specific time for arrival.
We always try to finish our routes, even on rainy days. If we are unable to complete your service due to a heavy rain all day, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we will service all remaining lawns the day after their scheduled day. To avoid excessively long grass, we recommend allowing us to mow even when the lawn is wet.


ONE-TIME Lawn Maintenance Services are not provided. A minimum of (6) visits is required to sign up for maintenance services.

Cancellation fee before 6th visit is $285.00. There is no cancellation fee after 6 visits. 

Lawn Maintenance Services are automatically charged to your debit/credit card the following business day.

 

ONE-TIME application for Fertilization and Weed control services is not provided. A minimum of (3) treatments is required to sign up for chemical services.


Gates and Passcodes

Customer has to provide codes or access to the property when gates are located on the perimeter.

All gates should be unlocked and pets inside while the crew is providing the service.

There will be $35.00 fee if the crew goes back to the property to finish an area that was not accesible during regular visit.

 

Seeding Service

Our seeding service is provided by qualified technicians and requires constant attention from the customer after it is completed. Temperature and weather are big factors for seed germination. For this reason there is no warranty from Green Garden Landscaping after the service is provided. Green Garden will not be responsible for wash out of the seed due to rain or water drain issues. Nor be responsible for non germination due to inadequate care. Please follow after care instructions.


Planting Service

All plant and bush installation services have a 30 days warranty for properties with functional irrigation systems.

There's no warranty for this service on properties that doesn't have a functional irrigation system. Hand watering or hose watering is not considered a functional irrigation system.
