Terms of Use Policy

Please review the terms of use policy for Green Garden Landscaping.

Green Garden Landscaping Form Submission, SMS, and Customer Contact Agreement

By submitting any form on Green Garden Landscaping, you agree that your phone number and email address may receive communications from Green Garden Landscaping regarding service notices, scheduling updates, billing, promotions, and other notifications. These messages may be delivered via email, SMS, calls, or voicemails.

You have the option to opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP and you may opt out of promotional email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link. Your information is used internally by Green Garden Landscaping to provide and offer services and will never be sold to any third parties.

Terms and Conditions

By approving an Estimate/Proposal, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment & Billing

  • AutoPay enrollment (credit/debit card or ACH) is required.
  • A 4% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card payments. No fee for ACH.
  • Services are charged the next business day after completion unless otherwise stated in a contract.
  • Receipts are sent via email.

2. Projects & Deposits

  • Projects over $1,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins.
  • Landscape installation projects require a 20% non-refundable booking deposit and 30% due at project start.
  • Final balance and approved change orders are due upon substantial completion.
  • Accounts become past due after 15 days.

3. Past Due Accounts

  • Past due balances are subject to 18% annual interest or a $25 minimum late fee (whichever is greater).
  • The client is responsible for all collection costs, including attorney’s fees.

4. Cancellations & Scheduling

  • Skip requests require a 1-week notice.
  • Membership may be canceled with written notice. If canceled before the 12-month term is completed, any promotional services or discounts received will be adjusted to standard service pricing.
  • Membership cancellations require a 4-week written notice to info@ggl-nc.com.
  • A 25% fee of the total membership value applies if an approved estimate is canceled without prior notice.
  • Scheduling may change due to weather or operational conditions. Specific arrival times are not guaranteed.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Lawn services are satisfaction guaranteed if reported before 5:00 PM on the day of service.
  • Seeding services carry no warranty.
  • Plant installations include a 30-day warranty only on properties with a functional irrigation system.
  • Pets must be secured, and gates must be accessible. A $35 return fee applies if areas are inaccessible.
  • All services operate on a structured route schedule and may be adjusted due to weather conditions.
  • Memberships require a 12-month agreement.
  • Services outside the defined scope must be approved prior to scheduling to maintain consistency and quality control.

6. Service Guarantee

Our goal is to deliver service that exceeds expectations and earns your continued business and referrals. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our work:

  • You must notify our team promptly so we can review and address the concern.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue and ensure the service meets our quality standards.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you will not be charged for the service in question.
  • If after corrective efforts you remain unsatisfied, Green Garden Landscaping may refund the service and, at its discretion, contribute toward the cost of another qualified company to correct the issue.

Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction with our services.

This guarantee applies only to services performed by Green Garden Landscaping and does not apply to conditions beyond our control, including weather, irrigation failures, soil conditions, pest infestations, or damage caused by third parties.

By approving an estimate, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms above.
