By approving this Estimate/Proposal, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment & Billing

AutoPay enrollment (credit/debit card or ACH) is required for all services. A 4% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card payments. No fee applies to ACH or e-check payments.

Green Garden Landscaping is transitioning to a monthly billing cycle for recurring services. Under this system, services will be billed and processed on a monthly basis according to the service program or membership plan selected.

During this transition period, some services may continue to be charged the next business day after completion, depending on the service type or existing agreement.

Invoices are generated according to the billing cycle of the service program, contract, or completed service. Receipts are automatically sent via email after payment is processed.

Green Garden Landscaping reserves the right to adjust billing structures or service cycles as necessary to maintain operational efficiency, with appropriate customer notification.

2. Projects & Deposits

Projects with an estimated value over $1,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins.

Landscape or hardscape installation projects require:

  • 20% non-refundable booking deposit to secure scheduling and materials
  • 30% due at project start

Final balance and any approved change orders are due upon substantial completion of the project.

Accounts become past due after 15 days of invoice issuance.

3. Declined Cards & Returned Payments

If a payment method is declined, Green Garden Landscaping will attempt to process the payment again the following business day.

If payment fails a second time, future services may be placed on hold until payment is resolved.

Returned checks or insufficient funds (NSF) payments will incur a $35 fee, in addition to any applicable late fees.

4. Past Due Accounts

Past due balances are subject to:

  • 18% annual interest, or
  • $25 minimum late fee, whichever is greater.

The client is responsible for all collection costs, including attorney's fees and legal expenses incurred in the collection of unpaid balances.

5. Cancellations & Scheduling

Service skip requests require a minimum of 1-week notice. Service cancellations require a 4-week written notice submitted to: [email protected]

A 25% cancellation fee may apply if an approved estimate is canceled without proper notice.

If a crew arrives at the property and the service has already been completed by the homeowner or a third party, a $35 trip charge will apply.

Green Garden Landscaping operates on structured service routes, and specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Schedules may change due to weather, route adjustments, equipment availability, holidays or operational needs.

6. Weather Delays

Services may be delayed due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions.

If delays occur, services will typically be shifted to the following day or next available route.

Biweekly services are typically provided within 13–15 days from the previous service visit.

7. Service Program Requirements

Maintenance services are provided through structured programs designed for route efficiency and service quality. One-time lawn maintenance services are not offered.

Fertilization and weed control services are provided only through structured treatment programs and are not available as one-time applications.

Certain service programs may require minimum participation periods or service commitments.

8. Property Access

Clients must provide gate codes or property access when necessary. All gates must be unlocked and pets secured during scheduled service visits.

If crews cannot access service areas due to locked gates, pets, or other obstacles, a $35 return visit fee may apply.

9. Warranty & Liability

Green Garden Landscaping strives to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Lawn services are satisfaction guaranteed if reported before 5:00 PM on the day of service. Complaints reported after this time will be addressed on the following scheduled service visit.

Seeding services carry no warranty, as germination depends on weather conditions, irrigation practices, soil conditions, and customer aftercare.

Plant installations include a 30-day warranty only on properties with a functional irrigation system. Hand watering or hose watering does not qualify as a functional irrigation system.

Green Garden Landscaping is not responsible for plant failure caused by:

  • Inadequate irrigation
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Drainage issues
  • Improper aftercare or maintenance

10. Payment Security

Green Garden Landscaping utilizes PCI-compliant payment processing systems to ensure payment data security.

Credit card information is encrypted, and only the last four digits of stored payment methods are visible to authorized personnel.

11. Agreement

By approving this estimate or proposal, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
