1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Green Garden Landscaping website ("Site") or any of our lawn care, landscaping, pest control, irrigation, or related services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

Green Garden Landscaping provides professional lawn care, landscaping, pest control, mosquito control, irrigation installation and repair, landscape lighting, and related outdoor property maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in Sanford, NC and surrounding communities in Lee, Moore, and Harnett counties. Services are provided on a per-visit basis or through recurring membership plans as described on our Membership page.

3. Service Agreements and Estimates

All service estimates provided through our website, phone, email, or in-person consultations are non-binding until a formal service agreement is executed between the customer and Green Garden Landscaping. Pricing is subject to change based on property conditions, scope of work, and seasonal factors. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to customers on recurring service plans.

4. Membership Plans

Membership plans (Essential, Plus, and Elite) are billed on a monthly basis and require a minimum commitment period as outlined in the individual membership agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Green Garden Landscaping reserves the right to modify membership plan features and pricing with 60 days' written notice to existing members. Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the property specified in the service agreement.

5. Scheduling and Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to their property for scheduled services. Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other factors beyond our control. Green Garden Landscaping will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes. We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by locked gates, unleashed pets, obstructed work areas, or other access issues.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. For membership plans, payment is automatically processed on the billing date specified in the membership agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Green Garden Landscaping reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with balances overdue by more than 30 days.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Green Garden Landscaping is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with any service performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include re-performing the service at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover results affected by weather events, pre-existing property conditions, or factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Green Garden Landscaping is licensed and insured in the State of North Carolina. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property value, loss of use, or damage to plants or landscaping caused by factors beyond our control such as drought, disease, pests, or extreme weather.

9. Property Damage

While we take every precaution to protect your property, minor damage to irrigation heads, landscape edging, or similar items located in mowing and service areas may occasionally occur. Green Garden Landscaping will repair or replace items damaged by our crews at our expense, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of the service date. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features.

10. Website Use

The content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Green Garden Landscaping and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

11. User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content through our contact forms, quote request forms, or other communication channels on this Site, you grant Green Garden Landscaping a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing our Services and improving our business operations. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.
